Q- Are you taking custom orders or commissions?
Yes, I'm taking limited commissions each quarter for custom wildlife and pet portrait paintings! Available in the US only. Please email me at morgandaniel.madartist@gmail.com if you're interested in working together!
Q- How long will it take to receive my print?
I try my best to ensure you have your order no later than 2 weeks after you ordered it. If there is an issue on my end and I foresee prolonging shipping times, I will let you know right away.
Q- Oh no! My painting/print was damaged during shipping! What do I do?
No worries! It happens. Just shoot me an email at morgandaniel.madartist@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and we will get it sorted out.
Q- Do you offer a payment plan?
My shop offers ShopPay, which allows customers to pay in 4 bi-monthly installments*! Here's how it works:
- Add items to your cart.
- Check out with Shop Pay.
- Choose the option to pay in installments.
Your first payment is due at checkout. The remaining payments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay based on the payment plan you chose. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.
Q- I bought the wrong item. Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on paintings or prints that do not have damage. Make sure you are extra careful and read all the details about sizing when selecting your painting or print!
Q- How much are shipping costs?
Shipping prices vary depending on your location and the size of the package. Once the item is in your cart, you can see the shipping price included in your total.
